How much is enough?

Pascal is doing great, going by everything I've read online/books/magazines (and wherever else I can find stuff about Chameleons) he is a healthy young Chameleon however feeding seems to have some very conflicting results.

I'm just wondering how much he should be eating?
Currently we're trying to feed him a variety of things: We mix it up between Crickets, Locust, Wax Worms and Meal Worms. His favorite things are locusts and wax worms. We tend to give the wax worms as a treat from our hand so he's only getting them on occasions (not everyday)
He goes crazy for Locusts. He is not a fan of meal worms but i've read they aren't good to feed very often anyway so I'm actually thinking of scrapping meal worms.
We're gut loading our bugs with Bug Grub and then fresh veg and fruit (apple, Lettuce, water cress, carrot that type of stuff)
And then he gets 5 days with bugs with Calcium Powder on them and 2 days with bugs with Vit and Min powder on them.

He'll currently eat at least 5 crickets or locusts a day, often a few more.
Is that enough? I've read that they often eat 15 a day!

Do you think we're on the right track offering a mixture of crickets and locusts?
Is it a good idea to no longer feed meal worms?

I'd rather keep wax worms as a treat because he loves them so much and it's helping get him use to us which is helpful for when we have to clean his viv and stuff.

We're not sure on his age, he's about 6 inches from head to the tip of his tail. Sorry I can't be much more helpful.

I'm biased but I think he's the bestest thing ever! :p (Also he came out yesterday for the first time and hung out, obviously being a man he decided the best place to hang out was on my boobs! (on top of my t-shirt, just thought i should clarify that!) lol! but it gave my partner chance to give his cage a thorough clean out)
