How many misters per cage?

I just bought an AquaZamp automated mister for a new chameleon that has high humidity/water requirements.

He's housed in the largest DragonStrand breeder-series cage. It has solid side and back walls, with screen on the front and top. The cage is densely furnished with live umbrella plants and holds humidity well.

How many mister nozzles should I install?

I have used a single nozzle in some cages and a nozzle in each of the front corners of the cage. It is really up to you as either works well.
