How many hornworms?

I just got a cup of hornworms in the mail and my guy loves them.

How many can I feed him a day and how often should i feed him hornworms? I know I saw something on this site before, maybe on sandrachameleon's blog, but I was just searching and couldn't find it again. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated, thanks!

How large is your Chameleon and how large are the worms? This will determine what you should give. From what I've read hornworms are pretty filling for Chams so they may not need to eat as many.

They are about an inch to an inch and a half and my chameleon is about 4/5 inches long, not including his tail, jacksons.

I saw somewhere a sheet that showed you what percentage of your chameleon's diet certain bugs should be, thats kinda what I'm looking for.
