How many crickets of what size should I feed my 3 month panthep

I have 2 wk old crickets and 1 inch superworms what other feeders do I need

You can feed Silkworms, Dubia Roaches, Horn Worms, Butter worms, Phoenix Worms, House flies, Super worms, Mealies ( Limit those) and the list goes on.

It really depends on your willingness to keep or raise other feeders.

I currently use these for my Chameleons:

• Crickets - 500 to 1000 (bought in bulk)
• Dubias - Colony is between 3000 and 4000(I breed these cause they are easy and have next to no smell)
• Red Runners - Colony is between 2000 and 3000 (I am trying to breed these, just got my first batch of eggcases crossing fingers)
• Hornedworms - Running low now (only like 10 left), I feed these as treats once or twice a week.

I also have Fruit fly cultures going out the wazzo (one a day), These are for my Dart Frogs and the Mantids I am raising.
