How do you ship a chameleon?

It suddenly occured to me to wonder how breeders ship their chameleons... (Just to clarify, I'm not wanting to ship one myself.)
How do you package them? I suppose you can only send them if the destination isn't more than 24 hours away? Has anyone here ever had chameleon get injured / die from sending it? (By the way, I suppose you do something like Courrier, not just ordinary mail?)

Through the years I have received 9 chameleons by male. All arrived healthy and undammaged! They were shipped by FedEx and not during extreme weather!

All of my babies that I shipped all made is safely. All of the chameleons that have been shipped to me also all made it safely but I have read on here where some did not make it safely and some arrived dead. You might find this older thread helpful.
