how big is too big??

I bought a half dozen dubias over a week ago and my male panther cham finally ate one this morning after trying everyday for a week....

Leonidas is almost 9 months old and I have a couple roaches that are about 2 1/2" to 3" long.... My question is: Is that too big for my cham to eat?

I have 2 large Dubias...want to make sure they arent too big!! My Male Panthers head is about 1 3/4" wide!
