Canadian feeders does not send them in food cups. Or atleast mine don't come that way but I bring 200/week in at a medium size. They will ship with some food in the egg crate but depending on the batch, most times mine arrive with no food left. You do need to order chow (cooked or uncooked) when ordering worms.
I keep mine on the egg crate in rubber maid tub (deep) As they deficate, tip the crate over the tub to remove their mess. Feed according to how they are eating & growing, but also how fast you want them to grow.

Depending on your house, I find I place a piece of damp paper towel under crate(mist this morning & night but not the worms or crate) to help with humidity for them to shed, otherwise they will not get face caps off and die.

Hope that helps.

i bought them from canadianfeeders.com,
i have no clue if their in a foody cup, but i bought 1/4portion of food
they are small size

CanadianFeeders.com says on the website to contact them to find out how to cook the food. It doesn't appear that they come in a "growing cup" so you will have to put them in a plastic box, and cook the food as they instruct. They will grow to about 4 inches before they pupate and then will hatch into a moth with a 5-6 inch wingspan!:D
