i believe they are pretty healthy but i would just try to always give a variety!

I think they are a staple to the cham diet, like silkies.
You should still rotate your feeders though.
When I have a bunch of horns, or silkies, everyone gets them for dinner every other day until I run out, or they grow too big!!
Noogie is the only one who wont eat them.

Hornworms and silkworms use pretty much the same "chow". So they can be used as a staple food if you can afford to keep feeding them. As for me they get quite expensive. However, like mentioned, you should vary the diet.
