I was in a rush this morning and instead of hand feeding as I usually do I put the silk worm on the vine and Mr Miagi went to Ninja the worm and the worm grabbed the vine and mr miagi couldnt pull it off for like 3 sec and it was only a couple if inches from him, so he walked his tongue back in quickly and just chomped the worm and pulled it off the branch. i mean I had to go to work so i have no idea if he was able to eat today after that or not, should I be worried? I mean this type of thing must happen in the wild too. Also I just wanted to brag that Mr Miagi is only 4.5 months old and is already huge!! like 12 inches, I marked one of his branches I made with a sharpie so it looks like a ruler and I can guage his length and progress without uneeded handling.

My little guy has done that before, too. Some of those worms have a heck of a grip! Otto was fine. I just watched him for a bit to make sure nothing looked off. It probably scared me more than it bothered him.
