what do you guys think?

Alfalfa, Oat Bran, Enriched Farina, Dried Papaya, Pearled Barley, Black Beans, Baby Lima Beans, Green Split Peas, Great Northern Beans, Small Red Beans, Raw Sunflower Seeds, Jasmine Rice, Brewers Yeast, sesame seeds, Ginger Powder, calcium

They seem to love eating it--

edit- and dried kale, kelp powder

Oh Sandra haha from my mild knowledge and how I made my gut load yours appears it would be higher in phos than calcium because of all of the beans but I also see you added calcium what kind?

Just the usual rep-cal w/out d3

I also have a good portion being alfalfa.. I did the calculations and it contains about 2/1 Ca:P

Then yeah is should be fine!
I'm sure as you make more in the future you'll find ways to improve and beef it up but it looks like you have a start :)

good observation.
the mix does appear heavily weighted towards grains and beans.

drcrossfire, what are you using for your wet gutload to round out the nutrients / compliment this dry mix?

Sounds good!
Good to see more and more people taking gutloading seriously

it truley does make a difference in the overall health of your cham..my male started getting boobs awhile back, so i changed the gutload mix to have less protiens (found out the cheap dry mixes you can get commercially have animal protiens)so i made some new mixes (thanks to you too) and his man boobs have gone away, and all my chams seem to be happier with what they are given to eat..

diet plays a huge part in health...just wish i could force myself to eat as good as my insects and chams!!!!:D

I wanna see chameleon moobs.. hahahaha

alfalfa is an excellent source of plant protein~ w/a good Ca:P ratio. And I think you said i helped.. so.. youre welcome? :D

I love to gutload.. its my favorite. Otherwise the feeders dont pop.
