Technically a homunculus is fully formed, tiny human. Back in the 16th century it was believed that these little humans lived in sperm and were transferred to the woman during intercourse and then grew into normal sized humans. We've learned a lot since then.

In this case it's tiny Trioceros hoehnelii or hoemunculus.
