Is the fungus killing the plant? Maybe you could scrub the plant surface to remove it? Then, increase the drainage of the potting soil by adding pumice or perlite, enlarging the pot's drainage holes, and putting some larger pebbles in the bottom of the pot. Don't leave perlite on the surface of the soil, as many chams seem to like to eat it. Add the perlite to the lower part of the potting soil.
