My name is Amanda and I am the proud new owner of a veiled chameleon named Sheldon. I have enjoyed looking at everyone's setups here and will post pictures of mine soon. My first question for everyone is that I noticed on the pictures that I have seen here the very bottom of the enclosures where mainly just plain white board like what came with mine and I am wondering if the moss like stuff I put on mine is ok or if I should take it out. I have real plants that I read on here where safe and I put the moss stuff just to make the bottom of the enclosure prettier but if its not safe I will take it out. It is the reptile moss stuff that they sell at petsmart.
