Yay congrats! He's a handsome little Jackson's.
He'd probably appreciate a nice long misting. My Jackson's used to love long misting sessions, like 10-20 minutes long and would drink through all of it.

A big congratulations! He looks really good from what I can see on my cell phone. How old is he? I'd give him a nice long warm misting and then a couple feeders.

the site said 5 months, but im not sure :/ i just misted his cage before he came, ill let it dry a bit, and then mist it with him in it, i have a small cricket or two in there in case he gets hungry, ill set up his cup feeder after he settles in a bit :)

He lokos a bit dehydrated in the first pic, but he could jsut be sucking his eyes in cuz hes scared.
Other than that! he looks great! congrats!

i tried to mist him with some warm water, but he got scared and tried to hide real fast, he's very shy :/ i hope he opens up a bit, he's terrified of the camera and my hand XD

Awwwww! Congrats! :D:D I know just how excited you are! I was the same when I brought Monty home! Is he a Xanth Jackson? If he is then he looks a bit older than 5 months - Monty is almost 4 months and looks nowhere near that big! Monty's horns are also not as well developed (don't tell him though - he thinks he's a superhero today!! Long story - he's shedding and pics will follow later!!)

went to the barn to take care of my hooved friend, and left the little cham some quiet time to adjust and came home and couldnt find him! he was hiding kind of near the bottom of his cage on a pothos vine right under where the dripper drips XD must feel nice :) im just worried about him getting cold, that water was warm this morning, but probably not now :/ but i figure, he knows whats best for him, if he gets cold, he'll chill under his light.

Pretty much. My veield always basks (cept wehn hes wandered off his fr).
But my hoe basks only 99.3% pf the time, the other .7%, hes down towards the bottom of his plants, which freaks me out, so i mov him back to his basking perch and he stays there.

What kind of 'hooved' friend? besides a horse, what kind? ;)
