i am planning on building a enclosure for my chameleon.....would wood work? and what kind of screening would be best?

Metal screen coated in PVC or petmesh. Fiberglass screen is easy for crickets to chew through. Wood works but you have to super seal it sothat it will not be damaged by the water and heat.

i also read somewhere fiberglass is dangerous....i wonder how?
seal it...you mean with a polyurethane?

I have no idea... I don't build things that I know I'm going to get over my head in... I'm not very handy in the carpentry department.

Also, if you plan to cup/tub feed, 1/4 inch screen is better for their little feeties. Small screen can make them loose their nails if they're big on wall climbing.

me either..thats what my b/f is for....lol.....my lil one climbs all over.....he likes to play hide and seek all day...there are times i cant find him at all...lol.....

I believe serenitystarlight has a tutorial on a Beeeeautiful cage with a really nice trim.

Hehe Pssh beat me to linking it :D Thanks Pssh <3

I'll try to finish that walk-through asap! The cage is all done and I'm trying to get Jasmine moved into it tomorrow
