No, this is not always the case. It depends entirely on the fixture. You should not use a 10-14% in a single or double bulb T5HO fixture. It will produce much too high UVI levels. We have to be careful what we recommend without giving or getting the proper information.
What kind of Chameleon? Do you have live plants?
