Help with red light? What is it?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this light is? I doesn't say anything on it besides 13w and the name. I bought a hole box of stuff for Chams from some guy and I have no clue what this one is for. Also it doesn't really get hott. But if anyone could help me out that would be great. Thank you so much y'all..

Im guessing its some form of nightlight but chams don't really need one.. They much prefer the dark..

That looks like some sort of a red energy saver. I'm not sure why the guy had it for a chameleon, maybe he used it as a night bulb? but I wouldn't use it tbh, they don't need a red bulb

Some species of lizards are nocturnal. These "red lights" are sold as "night time viewing" lights since the lizards are not bothered by it as they forage and roam around.

As mentioned in the previous post, these lights are NOT for Chameleons, as they are usually asleep early in the evening.
