Help with Jacksons

I'm new to this forum thing and I don't know how to post to the main page. That's not the problem right now. I have a Jackson's chameleon and I don't know what is wrong with him he turns black and then shrivels up and falls and it looks like he's dead. After a few seconds he becomes normal again but a few minutes later he does it again. I'm freaking out because I don't know what to do or what is wrong. Please help!

Update: I tried to pick him up while he was having a "seizure" and his penis was full out... Is this just him saying he's horny? But when he's about to have another one it looks line he's hallucinating... Please help.

Turning black and falling usually indicates a chameleon is dying.

If , instead, this is something that has been happening repeatedly for days, then your best bet is to get him to a vet who knows how to treat chameleons as soon as possible.
