Help please my male Anole is coughing :(

My husband and I recently took on a male and female Cuban Knight Anoles. The female is fine eating ect.. but we have not seen the male eat and he has started coughing. We have only had them for four days and are worried about him. Please advise what to do if you can x

It could be several things ranging from something in his throat to a respiratory infection..

Only suggestion would be to take him to a vet and see what they say.
