Help! No D3 w/ 1 hour of sun.

I heard that if your cham gets at least 1 hour of sun a week it wont need a d3 supplement. Is that true?

Depending on the species.

I generally give D3 once a month if my chams were outside all the time.

I had heard that 2hrs of sun is roughly equal to a weeks worth of UV bulb.......could be wrong.....
