Help mites in the dubia bin

So i went to check on the dubias and there was pink stuff all over the water crystals. Well then there is pink stuff all over the sides of the bin. The pink stuff moves...

How do i clean this out and still save the roaches?

I would nix the crystals. And just use oranges or something else for hydration.

Replace the egg cartons and clean the bin well. No matter what you do they could still come back if moisture exists though.

Do not put grain-based food in bin and let get moist, makes mites like crazy! Try to keep food Source and moisture sources separated. Oranges work better for me than crystals in avoiding mites as well

I've had the same problem in the past. I removed the roaches, threw away everything, cleaned the bin, put in new "furniture", and the final step was to crank up the heat. The bin must stay dry. Humid is ok, but sometimes condensation will collect and drip down and muck up in the corners. Just keep it as dry as possible. +1 to all the orange recommendations. I have never used the water crystals and oranges are supposed to help with breeding...or so I have read.
