Could be Nosy Boraha, Nosy Faly, or maybe even Cap Est. I'm by no means an expert on panthers but those are the locales that tend to be white. Very pretty cham nonetheless!

I'm guessing blue bar ambilobe, strictly on the fact that I also have a blue bar and he showed this colouring before his colours started to show fully!
