OK, please dont laugh! I know, I know your like good luck!! Anyway I thought it couldnt hurt. If anyone has a wii or access to a wii I would love to buy it from you. I am willing to pay a little above retail, but nothing crazy. and cash of course ~$300.00 (thats the dont laugh part)

is it really still hard to get?
i thought it's totally available now.
Last week, i saw gamestop selling wii here and there.

It's crazy here. People are going nuts for these things. I am trying to get 1 for my sister's kids. I, myself am not much of a gamer, but know I am curious about all the buzz and think I want one. I wil check out the gamestop, not sure if we have those in the DC,VA,MD area, but I will check.

I got one last valentines for me and my husband. It wasn't easy to come by, but I got it for $300. You should be able to win a bid on e-bay. The wii is sooo much fun!

Walmarts get them in like 26 at a time go in and make friends with one of the employees in the electronics dept BEG them to call you when the shipment comes in and get there asap if they can give you a heads up on the day the truck comes be there at 5am at least or u won't get one. Also try Toys-R-Us, Game Stop and Target. you seriously have to do some smoozing maybe even offer them $40.00 if they will pull one off and save it for you.

Thanks for all your replies, I actually got one on e-bay in the middle of the night. They were going for not less then $400, but at 3am not as many crazies are up and they were a good bit cheaper....just me!! :0

Dude. my friend at work really needed cash so he was offering his wii with mario galaxy, metroid, and a few other games, with an extra nunchuck and a regular gaming remote all for 225. cause he needed the money tonight. i was like 50 bucks short, so another coworker bought it. it was a totally great buy but i missed it
