HELP is this a hemi-peen won’t go back in not sure please help!!!

Those are his hemipenes. How long have they been out? You can keep them moist by taking some diluted sugar water room temp not hot on a cotton ball and apply it to them. It will help them shrink and go back in.

How is his hydration? This is more typical of males that are not as hydrated. What color are you getting with urates.

@kinyonga what else can be done to help reduce them to go back in on their own. Or would you advice a vet?
