Help/Ideas for Molly? "Pic heavy"

Okay any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want to get your opinions on her size, she weighs 69 grams, I just weighed her. Also her colors and overall appearance so far. She is a rescue, she weighed 40 grams when I got her, both eyes were sunken in, Mouth rot, and possibly MBD. It has been 6 months already (time flies!) and she is still on antibiotics for her eyes. The mouth rot has cleared up. She doesn't eat a lot, I have to force feed her crickets and superworms and I mix her supplements in with baby food, currently carrots. She does drink and her urates are a nice white but I started her on powerade zero today for added electrolytes while she is on antibiotics. Her right eye had a large abscess on it and it is still swollen but at the moment it is mainly filled with ointment. her left eye I don't know what's going on but hopefully it gets better soon. The bumps on her head are possibly abscesses also, I tried lancing them once but nothing and I don't want to hurt her again. The vet doesn't want to play with them and says they may rupture on their own if they are abscesses. Please no comments on how bad she looks or that I should "bring her to a vet" because I have been but she seems immune to antibiotics. It's been rough but we're getting there. Let me know what you think and any ideas on what I can do to help her more. The first 2 pictures are of when I got her.

Perhaps it's not that your lizard is 'immune' to anti-biotics, but rather, that it has been treated with specific anti-biotics aimed at 'broad spectrum' treatment, as opposed to more specific types of antibiotics for each issue that may be more effective.
Im betting Baytril loomed large in her treatment (?)
Raising your ambiant temperature by 5-10f for the duration of treatment is often recommended to boost the animals metabolisation of drugs and increase recovery speed,
however there are certain cases in which this is not advisable, aka known existing systemic infection for example, in which case an increase in metabolism will increase the rate of infection and be counterproductive.

If your lizard is still sickly, Id strongly recommend presenting its history (and medical treatment history) to a new vet for a fresh perspective.
Best Wishes.

Thank you, yes I have raised her temps in the cage with another less strong heat lamp. She has been on baytril, some other one I can't remember the name of that was intramuscular, she is on ciprofloxacin and vetropolycin for her eyes.

I'm sorry, but I think those bumps on her "nose" need to be dealt with. It could be causing the problems with her eyes, may have been somehow connected to the mouthrot and if it is infected it will likely eventually spread and kill her....just my opinion from years of experience with chameleons.

If there is anything in there it will likely be of a cottage cheese consistency and needs to be completely cleaned out and flushed. This needs to be done while she is out because it will be painful for her. A sample of whatever comes out of the bump needs to be sent for a culture and sensitivity test to determine what antibiotic works on it. Chameleons wall off areas of infection and the antibiotics can not penetrate this "wall" to kill the bacteria....but in my experience, eventually the bacteria will find a way out and kill the chameleon.

Definately fine another chameleon vet that it will to do all that kinyonga says before it's to late.

It makes me sad to see her like that but im glad you are doing everything you can for her;) I wish you and Molly the best and im glad she is hanging in there for you:) My prayers are with you

Thank you =) So how does her weight look to you guys? She seems a bit small for my liking and her casque is not full but I'm trying to feed her more.
