I'm not sure if anyone makes them over there, but their are several members on the forum that may help you.

They arent that difficult to make from what I have seen here on the forum.
Several people have been successful at making them.
Try doing a little research and see if it isnt something that you can do yourself.

Maybe make your own automated mister and sell it!
