Heat in new cage

ok the heat in my new cage near the top is 80 in the middle it is 80 and the bottom is 78 is that ok i have a femal veiled who is 4 to 5 months old she is in a 27"x27"x48" screen cage with a 5.0 uvb tube light and a fluresent 50 what light bulb i bought from pets smart she has two live plants which are Schefflera arboricola and a Dracaena fragrans and she has vines and some fake plant vines i mist 3 times a day she also has a dripp system and i have a shower curten on 3 sides of the out side of the cage to help keep the humidity in i have two humidity readers but i dont have any way of putting them in there i need to go to michales and get some foam thingys to stick the humidity readers to the cage but i put one on one of my plants too try to figure out the humidity

OK first off, please use punctuation!
second- the temps are fine, however you need to try to regulate it a bit, break up the temps so taht they get cooler towards the bottom, try raising the bulb higher from the top of the cage. maybe remove one side of the shower curtain to let some of the hotter air out.

can u explain what you mean by regulate the temperature pleas. what if i cut flaps in the shower curtain, and i tryed making a home made drip system. i used a sowing needle to make the whole in a small tubby and i gess the whole is to big it dripps to fast and runs out of water with in 2-3 hours.

By regulat i mean the basking spot should be one temp, then the temps should begin to decrease the lower in the cage you check it. this allows for the cham to bask when he wants, but whne he needs to cool off he can move lower, if his cage is all one temp, then it can be uncomfortable. try raising your light some, away from the cage.
SIde note- how far from the top basking branch is your light?
you could cut flaps in, that might help, it cant hurt to try it.
As for your dripper, I would suggest one of two things
1- get a misting system, such as a mistking (however this can be pricey)
2- get a little dripper from the pet store. (yes its reallyt called little dripper). this makes it so you can regulate how fast or slow the water drips out with the valve that comes with it.

it varies. it can take a few days to a fwe weeks. it depends on the cham.
