Head twitch?

I have a 9 month old veiled. His head is doing some sort of twitch? Like it nods back and forth quickly. He seems fine and acting normal otherwise. What does this mean?

Is it twitching all the time or did it just do it once? I've seen my veileds twitch a few times when I first pick them up if I pick them up to quickly.

How often does he do it? Is he in a glass viv or able to see his reflection at all?

Males usually nod and twitch when they have seen a female..

My veileds head twitches oddly when she eats if thats what you mean but she has done this since day one.
