head in the air, and vertical?

Is this a resperatory infection? I mean, hes up by his lamp...so im not positjve what this means. Hes not foamy, weezy, and his eyes arent sunken in...so....is it? Hes been head up and horizontal for some time now.. hes on the upper left. He would also be horizontal to the ground, but head up...

Is he gulping and inflating his throat over and over and crouching near the heat showing darker colors (trying to warm up but not succeeding) without moving around normally? If so, he may be sick.

But, if he's eating, drinking, and active, he's not sick.

Yes, he was gulping... What illness would that fall in to?
