It has taken a whole year, but my lizard finally associates my presence as "food time!" instead of "danger!" Oliver was always a grumpy, aggressive chameleon but, after a year of feeding him by hand and taking care of him, he finally tolerates my hand being near him! I'm so happy that he has gotten used to my presence and that he hates me less now. He still refuses handling, but we'll work on that.
