He has no name yet, but he's my first

Just want to say that this forum has been really important to me over the last month, and the advice offered/community is probably one of the best I've seen online, about chams or about anything.

He's in a terrarium right now for the first few months. I'll have enough for a cage by then and he'll have a nice new home.

I was thinking about naming him Dmitri after my favorite Spider-Man villain

If that is a veiled, which I am assuming the chameleon is due to the veil, then "he" might be a "she." I don't see any visible spurs on the back of his/her hind feet.
No matter the case, you have a very fine looking chameleon.

I recommend picking a naming theme. This will not be your last one, you might as well be prepared. I don't care what science says…. Chameleons are addictive!

Name themes (as biffle said) are a good idea! He is a cutie! I only wanted one, but 3 years later I now have 5...

Yep.. was sort of thinking the same thing.. not sure if its an age thing and spurs develop later, but I'm not seeing the spurs..

Either way.. gorgeous little cham you have there! :D
