He fell down. Help

I was letting my chameleon explore my room, and he went on top of a tupperware lid and the lid tipped over and he fell down behind the dresser. He is still walking around, but I'm afraid he might be hurt.

The fall was maybe 3 feet, will he be okay?

Umm he is climbing on a thick wire next to the outlet.. Behind the dresser..

I turned off the circuit so he doesn't get shocked.. I want him to come out.

move out the dresser and get a stick for him to climb onto if you do not want to pick him up with your hands or set a plant next to the wire for him to climb onto.

I would get him out of there. Put a glove on if you think he will bite you. As long as he is alright he will forgive you.

Hope he is okay he is probably more scared then anything. They do take harder falls. I would look at his mouth and feet and make sure he still eats normal and watch for funny things he has never done

He only hissed at me twice, but I am afraid (very light colors) he is stressed. Here is a pic!\

Should I put him back in his cage or let him explore more?

Glad you got him out. Well done. I would put him back in his viv and keep a close eye on him. As said above he probably got a scare.

He turned dark colors, and climbed on a stick when I tried to get him back in, but I just grabbed the stick and held him above my head and put him back.

I will be watching him. Thank you guys

When Randall fell for the first time, i was wreck! He fell from the top of a window all the way to the floor, about 6 feet, he hit the window sill on the way down and landed in my fabric craft box, i was so upset! I hurried and scooped him up and checked him all over, he seamed perfectly fine, gave me 1 hiss to basically yell at me lol But he ate and drank fine and everything went back to normal for him.... Now for me i was so upset the whole day and everyone here on these forums let me know they can fall and most of the time come out unscathed which made me feel better. So no panicking just go back to your normal routine and keep an eye on him, but he should be ok.

He drank ok after this, but he is scared of me now! It will take a while before he tolerates me.

He hasn't had food, though, because I fed him this morning.

Yep! He is safe now. Pacing around his cage looking for a lady again.
