Hatching question??????

I looked in my incubator this morning and noticed I have a 2nd egg hatching. I attached a pic of the egg. How long will it take for it to fulled emerge from the egg? The first baby that hatched I found already out of the egg so it was no big deal. I guess I'm nervous is cause I read a post yesterday about a lady having to help remove the fetus from the egg cause they were not hatching out all the way and dying. I just don't want that to happen so I'm leaving it alone for at least another day or so unless someone knows exactly how long it takes for panthers to hatch out once the egg has broken. I appreciate any info!!

It looks like the baby is just starting to pip. Give that baby at least 2 days. The eggs look fresh and wonderful. That baby will come out on it's own. Only when the shell dries out does the baby need some assistance, but I don't believe that will happen with you. In a day or two you should have a bunch of little heads peeking out from their eggs.

Looks good just wait on it, its in there soakin up the sac. as Bocajan said day couple days itll come out..
