Does this look right? it's looked the same the past 24 hours.

It looks like it wasn't fully formed? I don't understand if it wasn't fully formed out it got out of the egg?

It looked fine on Wednesday, this pic was taken Thursday morning. It looks the same this morning.

I've seen someone holding an egg like that misted it with warm water and it popped suddenly, I don't know if it was that exactly though, you could probably try it.

no, sorry, That doesnt look right to me. It almost looks like the egg burst, rather than was opened by the hatchling.
