has got white spots on his body! help

My chameleon (Panther Ambilobe ) has got several white spots on his body and i'm not sure why they are not going away, he hasn't shed in a bout 2-4 months now and he is a 1 year and 10 months old , is still eating regularly and his basking spot is usually around 85-95 and humidity any where between 60-75 every 10 ours, i will post pictures soon, he is not stressed i believe and is very active, when i purchased him they were only small and now they have grown! The shop said they were Cricket bites although i don't think so, any suggestions please to what they could be thank you and also would i need to visit a vet. Cage size is 36x18x36.

To get the best advise, I would fill out the https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/ form and post some pictures as soon as you can. Pictures are always a huge help in determining what the issue could be.

Without pics it is hard to say, but they can have white spots for awhile sometimes before they shed.
