Has anyone used this incubator?

I know most use the closet method but I live where it reaches 110 degrees in summer. I do use the air conditioner but only set it at 80. So I was thinking I should buy an incubator that cools. This one says it goes to 59 but my local reptile person said it won't if the house is warm. So has anyone ever used this?
