Yay my fav time of the year! I already had a big cherry bomb go off in my hand thank god I still have my fingers(all of them) lol all I heard was ringing for a good 5 minutes. Lit the dang fuze and it blew up within a second, now that's what I call a chinese finger blaster

Anyone else getting a downpour in their CA area - Ace, Alexbrock, Jessica, Kshook, Melric? It just stopped, but it rained like crazy for an hour along with heavy winds and lighting...hope the wheather did not ruined your holiday...

Wheather was wild for a couple of hours, now is just hot. Went to watch the fireworks at the local fairgrounds and now going nite nite...and yes the food is all gone, either we were hungry or I am the greatest cook ever...

No rain here buddy. Although, I've been inside sick all day in my bedroom. I know it was hot because my AC has been on full blast. I hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th.

My first Independence Day since freeing my family from the tyranny of England! And that's minimal exaggeration, we were at the point, a year after searching for jobs that would get us over here, of looking very seriously at coming over as asylum seekers. But we are here! And fully legal and stable!

Thank you guys! And yes, we have steaks of various kinds, lamb, stuffed clams, sausages, burgers, cornbread, salad, chips, dips and Oreos...

NY Strips, bratwurst, pork ribs and chicken will all be going on the grill at some point 2day! all swallowed down with some beer. Happy Independence Day!

^^ All sounds great! I am getting hungry, but am hitting the gym first and then it's cooking time! I will be grilling chicken, tri tip, corn and making my block famous guacamole. I'll try to post pictures later and everyone have a safe holiday.
