Hand feeding?

Is it possible to get my cham to hand feed? She seems to completely hate me, which is fine, but I've been around cranky ones before and they'd all at least take a cricket from my hands and over time seemed to realized I'm not so bad.

I don't really know what to do to show her I'm not going to hurt her. Should I take her out for short periods of time? I don't want to stress her, so I'm not sure what to do. As soon as she seems me she hides, and if I pick her up she hisses. I'd tried holding her favorite worms up to her in her cage and she just runs away.

I think she only associates me with misting which she hates :( Any suggestions?

(I had posted before about her not eating, I'm pretty sure she is, I've actually never seen her eat but she poops a ton so she must be :/)

All I can say is give it time, and be patient, she will most likely come around. I've had mine for about a year now and she still sometimes acts like I'm about to eat her "just remember slow smooth movements." :D
