Dubia roaches? They gutload the same way as crickets. Fresh greens and fruits like kale, collard greens, dandelion greens, mustard greens, endive, squash, carrots, yams, berries, papaya, etc. The same supplement schedule applies when using them.
I've always fed mine the same and have never had any issue. I've had them for well over a year (probably more like two for the blaberus, much longer for the dubia.) I have dubias, discoids, fusca, and a couple of other species.
