I recently made a trip to the store and bought a veggie mix containing broccoli, lettuce, carrots, and red cabbage. I researched to see how good these would be and I’ve seen mixed reviews in the red cabbage.
It’s apparently high in vitamin C but I read somewhere else that it can lower calcium absorption. Any thoughts?
