Gut load

Hi, i bought this huge collab of vegetables for only 5.00$, so I thought I could feed it to my crickets. Im just not sure if all of it is safe to use.
We got
Broccli
Red and yellow bell pepper
zuchini (green and yellow)
carrot
purple onions
cauliflower
and peas.

Dont use broccoli or cauliflower. I also wouldnt use onions. Everything else is fine.

I'd skip the Broccoli, cauliflower and limit the peas and onion too.
