GROWN TO BIG! ?

I've a dilemma...

Several grasshoppers have grown too big to be fed to my Hammy, my juvenile chameleon. What can I do with them?

They are actually like mini locusts now! Their appearance has changed remarkably, in just an hour or so!

Will he eat them if cut in half?

Oh really! But what happens to the big fully grown adults?
I'm buying hoppers every two or three weeks though.

No, he hardly eats them as it is. I spend several pounds every fortnight buying them. Someone mentioned breeding them. But then whats going to happen to the fully grown adults?

I wonder is this their last moult, before becoming locusts?
