Grow lights harmful???

So, I was wondering, are grow lights harmful to chameleons? Or are they just like extra uvb lights? No real clear answers on that that I could find. Thanks!

i just ordered a grow light on amazon! they arent extra uvbs, they are a light to help plant growth. Which light are you interested in?

Well we already got one, ? but it’s the “VOGECK” one or something? It’s got 3 lights off of one thing that you clip onto somewhere, (wow that’s a bad description) I can send pics later though

Grow lights are just strong lights. The only danger they pose is the heat they can produce and the purple-y ones can be hard on their eyes.
