Well I think my female Jackson is graved again. She has went from 72 grams, to 94 grams since her last birthing about 4 months ago. Most of the weight has been in the last two months averaging about 10 grams per month. I don't think I can go through it again too hard to watch seemingly healthy babies die. I'll find someone to take them if it does indeed happen. How many times can a female give birth from one encounter?? :(

Usually two good strong clutch's from a mating. The fertility rate goes down with each successive clutch.

If raised properly you'll have little to no die off.

Carl must have a special care sheet for Jackson baby's? I hear even with perfect care they can die pretty easy up to about 3 months.

I don't know. One thing that is needed is a steep night drop. Its no differant for all the other difficult live bearers that seem to be problematic. Give them a good drop of 20 degree's at night and they seem to thrive.

All of my babies have been exposed to 90f + as highs and a clutch of hoehnelii babies even got to experience frost at 38f. No die off here.
