Great ! A new problem, Skin bulge

well i just cured my little veild of MBD and today i just noticed this bump of some sort has just come up over night. has anyone else seen something like this. i noticed it when i went to take him outside to sun just now.
any ideas would be great.

also during his treatment i have changed all his vitamins and calcium to rep-cal, but i dont think this would have anything to do with this.

hey i had that happen with a mellers i had. im not sure what it is but it ended up just falling off like it was a scab or something.
