Hello! I have a beautiful, healthy Peretti female named Aura (I bought her from Chuck at Heroic chameleons in November). I have been keeping her with a male, and they bred on March 5 (I saw them 
). She is definitely gravid with fertile eggs. She is about 1.5-2 years old. This species is gravid for about 8 weeks normally.
In February she laid a clutch of eggs in the laying bin but didn't bury them so we lost them. I'm a very novice keeper, and now that she's gravid again and we are suddenly very tight on funds, we realized that we have gotten in over our heads with chameleon breeding and cannot afford any potential veterinary expenses should there be complications with the egg laying this time. We both work full time and cannot for sure be around when she lays again.
We live in the Seattle area and can ship her anywhere in the US for $50. I would prefer her to go to someone with breeding experience. I know this is a very rare species but they have been quite easy to care for and I can pass on care instructions. (I bought my setup and male from ChameleoPatrick who some of you may remember).
I paid $200 for her but I am open to offers and am really looking for what is best for little Aura. She's a very sweet girl who will eat from hand and has a friendly disposition (I handle her minimally, but she is very pleasant when she is out and turns bright green immediately).
