Hi everyone! this is my first post although i've spent hours and hours reading so many helpful things on care for my little guy Raúl. When I got him I was told he was around 2-3 months but there's no way, he was very small possibly a hatchling- a month or so old. So by my guess, he's 4-5 months old right now.
I've been reading a lot about MBD and gout and I want to make sure I'm not overreacting. Both of his hind legs seem to have a bit of a larger joint down at his feet, but his movement is great and he doesn't mind me messing with it at all. Would someone please tell me if this resembles gout? I've asked another chameleon owner and they told me he looks healthy and normal but I would really like some more opinions--if it is gout I want to catch it early and do everything I can to make sure he's healthy!
