would it be possible to raise baby chams in a 135 long glass aquarium with a screen top?till there about 2 months?or would screen be better?

well yes it would be possible; however, not in the best interest of the animal. a chameleon thrives in a screened incloser over a glass. the air could become stagnent aswell. the size doesnt sound bad and for that age it will probally be ok tho. if its your only option. altough 135gal might make it hard for the cham to find its food that young. a baby screen cage would be best. :)
 
would are the dimensions? an aquarium that large could sustain the chameleon quite well with some modifications (side vents, false-bottom drain system)

some things TO CONSIDER:
What species of chameleon are you planning to house?
do they need to thrive off of high humidity?
are you going to live plant it as a terrarium?
will your chameleon go and try and eat dirt, or any other substrates or decors?
