Getting a female

I have had Max for a year now and I feel I have learned allot. He is a healthy free ranger. He has his own room, habitat, and play ground. We are now looking at getting a female and raising some babies. We want to be much more informed about this and the care of a female than we were when we got Max. Being ignorant of the care of a cham almost cost him his life, we do not want to endanger another. Please send me all info on what will be her perfect habitat and what we need to do to introduce them to each other.

Thanks,
Maxes mom Debra

I don't mean to veer off topic, but are you absolutely sure that Max is a male? From looking at the photos on your album, I think "he" might be a girl. Does he have tarsals spurs on the back of back feet? If not, then you might have a female already. I might be wrong, just thought I'd mention it.
