Hi, I was just looking for some experienced based answers on Furcifer Paradalis... Does anyone have any opinions on any locales being hardier than others? And some being weaker? Or size differences? I know there are a million factors that could be involved to factor in size, health, and everything else but was just looking to see if there were any interesting views/opinions.

There is no appreciable difference between one colour local of Furcifer Paradalis and another local of Furcifer Paradalis in terms of hardiness.

i feel like the locales that have been kept in captivity the longest are going to me more accustomed to captive living environments. ie ambilobe, ambanja, nosy be.

the most successful in captivity being unintentionally selectively bred over generations. wild caughts are going to have a larger margin for being intolerant of captive living environments regardless of the locale. but my point is the lineages that have been kept over more generations are likely to be somewhat more tolerant.

though thats not a rule. as you dont generally know how long any particular bloodline has been "out of the wild"

just my hypothesis tho :p
